EPIC ROGUE
Hit Die: d6
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 8 + Int modifier
Sneak Attack: The epic rogue’s sneak attack damage increases by +1d6 at every odd-numbered level.
Special Abilities: The rogue does not gain additional rogue special abilities after 19th level, but can choose one of the rogue class special abilities (crippling strike, defensive roll, improved evasion, opportunist, skill mastery, or slippery mind) instead of a bonus feat.
Trap Sense (Ex): The epic rogue’s bonus increases by +1 every three levels higher than 18th.
Bonus Feats: The epic rogue gains a bonus feat (selected from the list of epic rogue bonus feats) every three levels higher than 20th.

Evader (Ex): At 21st level, the epic rogue is an expert in dodging from harmful range attacks. He gets +4 to his armor class against range attacks he is aware of.
This bonus rises to +8 at 31st level.
Riposter(Ex): At 25th level, the epic rogue can once per round as an immidiate action redirect an incomming melee attack against his enemy. The use of this ability must be declared before the enemies attack roll and the enemy must hit itself, though he is treated flat-footed against this attack.
Skilled (Ex): At 29th level, the epic rogue is a terrible opponent in melee. Whenever he succesful uses his Riposter-Ability he can also deliver one sneak attack in addition, provided his enemy is in melee reach. The opponent is treated flat-footed against this one attack.
Freedom (Ex): At 33rd level, the epic rogue is hard to catch. He is permanently protected by freedom of movement and he can pass unharmed through the effects of a prismatic wall or prismatic sphere.
The epic rogue also becomes immune to force effects of any source, including effects on other persons (e.g. the ring of force shield or the protection granted by an armor of fortification.
Shadow (Ex): At 37th Level, the epic rogue can take shadow form three times per day. The epic rogue’s shadow form lasts 1 minute per class level. While in shadow form the epic rogue is incorporeal, is immune to critical hits, and can fly at a speed of 100 feet (good). He can also use the substance of his or her own shadow to enhance his or her effective level on any attack roll, check, or saving throw once per round. Drawing power from his own shadow form deals the epic rogue 10 points of damage for each +1 bonus on a single roll.
Lord of the Void (Ex): At 40th level, the epic rogue can summon a clone from nothingness. Once per day, the epic rogue can spend a minute of time to form an nearly exact copy of himself out of nothingness. The clone is in every expect like the original (though it cannot use Lord of the Void itself), but it has 7 negative levels, which cannot be removed by any means. The clone also has no items of worth, just normal items which look like the originals. This clone exists for the maximum of one hour and can be sent on any mission or task the epic rogue wishes.

ELEGANT STRIKER [EPIC]
Prerequisites: Rogue Level 24, Sneak attack +12d6.
Benefit: Every time the epic rogue hits an opponent in melee combat or within 30ft. in ranged combat, he can add his dexterity modifier to the damage he inflicts. Beeings immune to critical hits are also immune to Elegant Striker.

UNSEEN [EPIC]
Prerequisites: Rogue Level 21, Hide 24 ranks.
Benefit: An epic rogue can use the Hide skill even while being observed.

Hast du mal daran gedacht hm noch die Fähigkeit zu geben ihm den Dex-Modi auf den Schaden zu geben (ab Level 30)? Wäre noch ne mahßnahme.
Verstehen ist ein Drei-Schneidiges Schwert.

Die Vorraussetzungen von Elegant Strike sind redundant.
Du solltest Sneak Attack +12d6 streichen, da das bei Rogue Level 24 bereits vorhanden ist.

Ja, aber allein sah es so einsam aus...  außerdem hatte ich Halfling Substitution Level im Hinterkopf...
