Hi

Ich hab mir eine PrC erstellt und würde gerne mal hören was die Gate-Gemeinde dazu zu sagen hat. Was meint ihr? Hoffe es macht nichts das ich noch keinen Flavour Text für die Klasse habe. Passend zu 3.5 hab ich sie gleich einmal in Englisch geschrieben. Klingt irgendwie vertrauter!

Divine Shield

Hit Die: d8

REQUIREMENTS:
BAB: +4
Alignment: Any nonchaotic and it may not be opposed to the chosen’s alignment (law-chaos, good-evil)
Skills: Diplomacy 4 ranks, Knowledge (Arcane) 4 ranks, Heal 8 ranks
Feat: True Believer, Great Fortitude, Toughness, Weapon Focus with Deity’s favoured weapon
Spellcasting ability: Ability to cast 3rd level divine spells.
Spells: Must be able to cast shield of faith and shield other.
Base Saves: Fort+5, Will+5
Patron Deity: The Patron Deity must match with the chosen’s Patron Deity, except for Helm or Selvetarm (if the Chosen worships Lolth)
Special: The Divine Shield must choose one person that she swears to shield and protect. This must not be an official ceremony; it might also be a kind of personal codex. This person is called Chosen in this text. All abilities of the Divine Shield only work in connection with her Chosen. If the Divine Shield at any time attacks or otherwise harms the Chosen, she immediately loses all benefits of this class.

CLASS SKILLS:
The class skills of the Divine Shield (and the key ability for each skill) are Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Heal (Wis), Intimidate (Cha), (Int), Knowledge (religion) and Spellcraft (Int)
Skill Points at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier

2......1.........3........0.........3.............................................................. .......+1 to existing divine class
3......2.........3........1.........3...... Shield of the Chosen 2/day…........+1 to existing divine class
4......3.........4........1.........4...... Guardian 2……………...…….........+1 to existing divine class

9......6.........6........3.........6...... Shield of the Chosen 3/day............+1 to existing divine class
10....7.........7........3.........7.......Mind Shield......................................+1 to existing divine class

Shield of the Chosen (Su):
At first level once per day the Divine Shield may take a standard action to grant her Chosen the benefit of a shield other and shield of faith spell. At 3rd 6th and 9th level she gains one additional use of this ability. Her caster level is equal her charakter level. This ability lasts for 10 minutes/class lvl or until dismissed. It does not end if anyone (the Divine Shield or the Chosen) moves out of reach, but the effect of shield other is temporary negated until both are within reach again. The reach for this ability is 25 ft + 5ft per class lvl as divine shield.

At 3rd lvl or higher if the Divine Shield uses this ability, she and her Chosen gains temporary hit points equal to 1d10 plus twice her class level as Divine Shield and she also gains the benefit from the shield of faith spell.

At 6th lvl or higher if the Divine Shield takes damage due to this ability she may attempt a fortitude save (DC is equal damage dealt) to half the damage. From now on, it takes her only a move action to activate this ability.

At 9th lvl or higher if the Divine Shield tries to half the damage dealt due to this ability and beats the DC by 10 or more she can ignore the damage. In addition her Constitution score is treated as if it were 4 points higher. Hit points gained due to this increase are lost, if the Shield of the Chosen ability ends. From now on, it takes her only a free action to activate this ability.

Guardian (Ex):
A Divine Shield receives a +1 sacred bonus on saving throws, skill checks and ability checks as long as her Chosen is not farther away than 10 feet. If her Patron Deity is evil, she instead gains a profane bonus. This bonus increases by 1 every numbered level. (see table)

Upon reaching 4th lvl this bonus also applies to attack rolls and the radius increases to 15 feet.

Upon reaching 7th lvl this bonus also applies to weapon damage rolls with her deity’s favoured weapon and the readius increases to 20 feet.

The bonus from the Guardian ability is lost if the Divine Shield or her Chosen is unconscious.

Mind Shield (Ex):
If the Divine Shield finally reaches 10th level she is immune to all mind affecting effects as if protected by the Mindblank spell as long as her Chosen is not farther away than 30 feet.

Well, some people hate it, some people love it.

Therefore..

Balanced! :)
