1. Welche Regelstelle bringt dich auf die Idee, dass ein Fighter Steaerke gegen andere Attribute austauschen koennte?
Wenn es die Liste auf Seite 77 PHB (Melee Weapon Groups and Associated Statistics) sein sollte, die ist nur als Tipp da, damit der Spieler eines Fighters darauf achtet bestimmte Attribute nicht zu vernachlaessigen.
Hintergrund sind bestimmte Feats die Attributsvorraussetzungen haben. Da man in der 4e (fast) nur noch durch Stufenaufstiege Attributspunkte dazukriegen kann (und nicht wie in 3.x auch durch magische Gegenstaende oder sonstige Effekte) muss man da frueh darauf achten.
Das heisst aber nicht, dass der Fighter die anderen Attribute auch in seine Angriffs- oder Schadenswuerfe einfliessen lassen kann.
2. Die Flaming Sphere bleibt erstmal eine Runde ("lasts until the end of your next turn"), wenn du sie laenger dabehalten willst musst du jede Runde (nach der Runde in der du die Sphere gesprochen hast) eine Minor Action aufwenden um die Sphere dazubehalten ("Sustain Minor: The sphere persists until the end of your next turn.")
2.1 Sollte der Gegner irgendwelche Effekte haben die Evocations oder Conjurations entfernen kann, dann schon. Wenn nicht, dann nicht.
2.2 Aus dem Glossar: Conjurations:
"Movable Conjurations: If the power used to create a conjuration allows it to be moved, it’s a movable conjuration. At the end of the creator’s turn, a movable conjuration ends if the creator doesn’t have line of effect to at least 1 square of the conjuration or if the creator isn’t within range (using the power’s range) of at least 1 square of the conjuration.
A conjuration can’t be moved through blocking terrain."
2.3 Ja. Der Wurf ist kein fixer Schaden sondern ein Schadenswurf, daher gehen auch Implement Boni und andere Effekte die Boni auf SchadensWUERFE geben mit rein.
2.2. Ranged 10, das Ding kann sich seit der neuesten Errata nicht mehr bewegen. (24.1.2012 laut Compendium)
Komisch... eben im Compendium nachgeschaut und da steht noch immer "As a move action, you can move the sphere up to 6 squares."
